Currently, shipping from China to the UAE takes approximately 30 to 50 days, depending on logistics speed and potential delays. For manufacturing buyers, this 30–50 day window implies significant risks: a single stockout could halt an entire production line, and a procurement error could require over a month to rectify. Local ready-to-ship stock compresses this uncertainty into just 24–72 hours.
Current Inventory Status
One key advantage of readily available stock is the flexibility it offers in procurement. Currently, the CSM 450gsm (emulsion-bonded) and AR Roving (alkali-resistant roving) are completely out of stock.

Yacht and Vessel Manufacturing
Shipyards in coastal nations (including our clients in the UAE, Oman, and Yemen) commonly employ the hand lay-up process. This method imposes two strict requirements on materials: uniform areal weight (which ensures consistent hull thickness) and rapid resin impregnation (which determines resin consumption and bonding quality).
Recommended: Chopped Strand Mat (300/450 gsm) → Woven Roving (600 gsm) → Alternate layers until the design thickness is achieved.
FRP Storage Tanks and Pipelines
Storage tanks and pipelines in the Middle East predominantly utilize the filament winding process. This demands materials that offer high strength, minimal fuzz, and excellent resin bonding—as excessive fuzz can compromise winding tension and the surface quality of the finished product.
Recommended: Filament winding process using direct roving as the primary material and woven roving for reinforcement—commonly used for large storage tanks (TEX 4800 + TEX 2400).

SMC Water Tank Panels
Used for commercial water storage equipment. These applications demand high strength and an aesthetically pleasing surface finish, imposing strict requirements on the softness and fuzz content of the SMC roving.
Recommendation: Using soft SMC roving with low-fuzz specifications can significantly improve the yield rate regarding surface appearance.
Building and Waterproofing
For plastering and EIFS, the fiberglass mesh requires alkali resistance and a coating that does not shed powder easily; for roofing waterproofing, uniform fabric weight is essential to ensure a consistent waterproofing layer thickness.
Recommendations: Standard 145/160 gsm mesh with a 5×5 mm grid for exterior wall plastering; lightweight 50/100 gsm roofing felt for roof waterproofing.
GRC and Concrete Reinforcement
GRC and Concrete Reinforcement Products such as panels, manhole covers, and UHPC components require excellent fiber dispersion and high strength, as well as alkali resistance; otherwise, the fibers will corrode and fail in an alkaline environment.
Recommended: 6mm/12mm alkali-resistant fiberglass chopped strands/Chopped strands for concrete, with a zirconia (ZrO₂) content of ≥ 16.5%.
