Product Description：

It is a braided packing made of Kevlar yas impregnated with P.T. F.E. dispersion and treated with lubricant This packing can bearhioher-pressure applicaions than other types of braided packing. Due to its steellike strength, this yarn can be employed separately oras back-up rings with other types of packing. This packing has been developed to replace asbestos packing for pump systems. it coversall the service ranges which asbestos packing provide and even much beter. it affords longer service lift under severe conditions whichconventonal asbestos packina can not brovide sausiaclon, such as sand sluny. un mining. oaper slur. eed water bump or oowerstations, etc.

Application

It is a universal packino which can be used for pumos in al ivpes ofindustrv such as chemical. petochemical phammaceutical food andsugar industries, pulp and paper mils, power stations etc. it is also a durable packing able to withstand granular and abrasiveapplications, it is recommended for serve in superheated steam, solvents, liquefied gases, sugar svrups and other abrasive fluids.
For hot water applications it can be used un-cooled up to 160’C
It can be used as stand-alone packing also combined with others as anti-extrusion ring.
